Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? We’ve got answers!

Learn how Direct Primary Care (DPC) works, how our solutions save money, and how we make healthcare simple for individuals, families, and businesses.

What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?

A Direct Primary Care (DPC) network is a healthcare model where patients—or their employers—pay a flat monthly fee that covers a wide range of primary care services. This includes checkups, lab work, consultations, and care coordination, all without involving traditional insurance.

Perks include:

  • Same-day or next-day visits
  • Longer appointments (30–60 minutes)
  • Telehealth options
  • Around-the-clock access to your healthcare professional

Do I need insurance?

Insurance isn’t required to join, but we recommend having a high-deductible plan or wraparound coverage for major medical events, like emergencies or hospital stays. We also offer a HealthShare plan to help cover these occurrences.

How does DPC work if I sign up?

When you need care, just call our Patient Advocacy Line (PAL). Your dedicated advocate will guide you to the best option—whether it’s an in-office visit, telehealth appointment, or a referral to urgent care.

What services are included in my DPC membership?

Your membership covers routine checkups, preventive care, chronic condition management, lab work, vaccinations, and care coordination—all included in your monthly fee.

Can my whole family join?

Yes! We offer plans for individuals, families, and employees, making it easy and cost-effective to provide care for everyone.

How does DPC save me money?

A flat monthly fee for primary care helps you avoid surprise bills and hidden costs. Many routine and preventive services are included, reducing your out-of-pocket expenses for doctor visits and lab work.

Do businesses benefit from DPC?

Yes! Businesses can offer DPC as an employee benefit, lowering healthcare costs, improving access to care, and keeping employees healthier and more productive.

Can I still see specialists?

Absolutely. While DPC focuses on primary care, your PAL advocate can coordinate referrals to specialists or urgent care when needed.

Is telehealth available?

Yes! Telehealth visits are included with most memberships, giving you flexible access to your healthcare professional from anywhere.

How do I sign up?

Getting started is simple. Contact our team to select a plan, and your dedicated Patient Advocate will guide you through enrollment and your first steps with care.

Are there long-term contracts?

Nope! Memberships are typically month-to-month, giving you the flexibility to adjust or cancel as needed.
